Meet Our Founder
Ishana Ryan is a business process specialist and strategist with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations streamline operations, improve execution, and scale with clarity. She has worked across highly regulated and complex environments, including Discovery Health, Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, Planet Fitness, and Parexel, regarded as one of the largest and most established global clinical research organisations.
She holds an MBA (Cum Laude) from Wits Business School and is Lean Six Sigma certified.
